I currently offer both Developmental Editing and Line Editing services, as well as supplemental services such as Manuscript Evaluations, Editorial Assessments, and First 5k Passes. I also offer Book Coaching for writers looking for support and accountability while still in the drafting process.
I am open to working with all genres, but I specialize in: Romance, Fantasy, Thriller, and Mystery. If you do not write in these genres, but are still interested in working with me, feel free to reach out!

As a standard before working with a new client, I do offer a free sample edit of one chapter (up to ~1000 words). This not only allows you to see my editing style firsthand, but also helps me to more accurately determine a timeline for project completion.​

Need guidance as you draft, revise, or wrestle with your story’s structure? Book Coaching gives you direct, one-on-one support to move your manuscript forward.
Each session includes live discussion, personalized feedback, and a post-call recap with next steps. You’ll also have the option to submit portions of your manuscript for review before our meeting so we can focus on the parts that matter most!

First 5k Pass

The First 5k Pass will provide big-picture feedback, along with marginal comments to highlight what’s working and what might need tweaking. The focus will be on improving your opening, hook, premise, and initial characterization/world-building.

An Editorial Assessment offers a high-level critique of your manuscript’s structure, pacing, character development, and overall impact. This service is more in-depth than a manuscript evaluation, but doesn't go to the extent of a full developmental edit.
This service is ideal for writers whose manuscripts have already undergone some revision, but want some final big-picture polishing and guidance for their next steps.
Developmental Edit
